D&D Manufacturing has a complete engineering department, prepared to provide complete customer design and development support, from prototype advice to fixture design and building.  We have the most up to date CAD/CAM and computer aided machinery software available to assist your engineers in designing your products.

We support advanced computer modeling software to deliver fast, efficient design, manufacture and inspection of all types of tooling, including patterns and molds.  Because of this, we are able to provide a comprehensive solution to increase productivity and speed delivery at all stages, from the receipt of the customer's design through to the inspection of sample parts.

Tool and Fixture Design and Build

D&D will design and/or bench design to your tooling and fixture requirements. Tooling includes go/no go gauges, cutting tools and measuring tools. Fixturing can be manual or semi-automatic, utilizing manual clamping or pneumatic clamping.

Filing Sharing
