Assembly

D and D Manufacturing's assembly area is highly specialized.  We provide turn-key service, from manual and automated manufacturing, to full and piece-part assembly, in-process and final inspection, packaging and shipping.  Trained operators conduct close tolerance assembly using hand and semi-automatic secondary equipment.  Diverse work flows through this department, requiring expertise in a variety of applications.

Component assembly, spot welding, riveting, tube and rod bending and coatings are some of the operations performed in our assembly department.  D and D will manufacture and completely assemble your product or will perform assembly operations using your components.  Either method will produce a quality assembly at a competitive price.  We have performed assembly operations for a wide variety of clients in many differing industries.
