Lathes
Lathes are capable of performing precision machining of metal parts in machining configuration for shaft work, hollow spindle work, principally for shaping metal (or other materials). Parts can be held by chucks, mandrels, collets and machines can be programmed for machining of part configurations of a broad range of size, shape, tolerance requirements.
D&D uses high quality lathes made by leading companies to produce a wide range of parts for various industries. Each machine has been carefully selected for use in our facility based on its ability to routinely produce accurate high precision parts, its versatility in performing multiple functions and its overall contribution to the efficiency of the manufacturing floor.
